The mission of KELCURT Foundation is to elevate community spirit and guide individuals and families into self-sustaining practices, helping to eliminate food insecurities and improve overall well-being utilizing the arts, sciences, education, music and literature.
The KELCURT Foundation envisions a future where everyone shares knowledge, personal talents, life experiences and resources through equitable access to food security, the arts and education, to elevate the lives and well-being of all.
The KELCURT Foundation / Soddy-Daisy Community Library does not discriminate against anyone for any reason. All are welcome. We have designated the SDCL as a safe space. We have created a place where our patrons, no matter where they are in their human journey, can feel comfortable and respected.
The KELCURT Foundation’s culture is driven by integrity, empathy,
and the desire to elevate individuals, families, and organizations to improve society as a whole.
Everyone’s human journey is our journey.
As Maya Angelou said, “In diversity, there is beauty and there is strength.” We believe society thrives when diversity is present and honored. Everyone has the right to thrive, and everyone requires different things for that to happen. We strive to provide everyone with what they need to succeed. All are welcome and celebrated for their knowledge, personal talents, and life experiences.
