Opie Acres Wildlife and Opossum Rehabilitation Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit in Chattanooga, TN. 

We’re on a mission to catalog every species on our 300+ acre campus! Join in on the iNaturalist app. Any observations you make inside our boundaries will automatically be added. So far, we’ve found 2,499 species and over 600 people have participated.

The department has three fire stations.

• Fire Station One is located at 10116 Card Road.
• Fire Station Two is located at 11651 Dayton Pike across from Soddy Lake..
• Fire Station Three is located at 9009 Dayton Pike next to Veterans Park.

The police department is located in the Municipal Building. All requests for copies of reports, information regarding police matters or court related inquiries can be made at the front office in the main lobby. The records office number is 423-332-7108. The front office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm. The Police Department may be contacted at 423-332-3577 for Non-Emergency calls. Please dial 911 for emergency calls.
